We only ship to the billing address for your desired credit card with international orders. We also require a daytime and evening phone number, in the case that we need to verify more information with you. We require signature delivery confirmation to the name listed on the package as well. We also accept international payments via Money order & bank check. For fastest international delivery, submit payment by check, money order, or wire transfer. CUSTOM ORDERS

We can accommodate most any custom size, shape, color 

or design request. Typically we have inquiries about circle shaped rugs and over-sized pieces. Call for pricing. Our production time is six to twelve weeks typically, possibly as much as 14 weeks depending on the order. Minimum $500 USD purchase. Call or email for more information. 

RETURN POLICY 

We appreciate your business and are confident that you'll be pleased with your order. However, if you are unhappy due to defects in the product or a mistake made on our end, contact us for replacement (minus return shipping costs). The replacement or return process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. There is no return policy for custom made orders. Each item is made to order and is a custom made product. Custom made items are sold as is. Sale items, wholesale orders, and in-stock items are sold as is.
